The brief
Make the brochure feel as considered as the properties it represented.
The client marketed multi-million pound properties and needed a showroom brochure with an appropriately premium feel. Printech worked with the design team across several production processes, including a suede-effect cover, silver foil, debossing, lay-flat text pages and a sewn-in ribbon.
The result was a deliberately tactile piece built around both presentation and use.
PrintingFour-colour process throughout with Pantone 8400 colour text pages.
MaterialSuedel Luxe cover, 200gsm white silk endpapers and 250gsm Star Pro Silk text.
FinishingDebossing, silver foil, 2mm board case binding, lay-flat text pages and ribbon.
