Case study

Lay Flat Binding

A brochure designed so photography, layouts and technical drawings could run cleanly across double-page spreads.

The brief

Let the photography work across the whole spread.

For this property development brochure, conventional gutters would have interrupted photography and technical drawings. Lay-flat binding allowed the pages to open smoothly and present double-page artwork with far less disruption.

The cover combined soft-touch lamination, spot gloss UV, embossing and metallic foil for additional contrast and tactility.
