The client needed a bespoke sales brochure for a prestigious housing development. The large square format gave floor plans, photography and architectural drawings the space they needed, while the cover treatment added the premium finish required for the project.
Printech combined a substantial uncoated cover with silk text pages, gold foil embossing and PUR binding.
PrintingFour-colour process throughout, with a special colour on the cover.
Material350gsm Edixion cover and 200gsm silk text.
FinishingSatin gold foil embossing to the logo on front and back covers, PUR binding and trim to size.
